Maya Libera Castellini is an actress and performer.
She trained at the ‘’Centro Teatro Attivo’’ in Milan with Mattia Sebastian Giorgetti, Lara Franceschetti, Cristina Sforzini, Annina Pedrini and Nicoletta Ramorino. She continued her studies with international artists and masters such as Tadashi Suzuki (Japan, SCOT Company) Ellen Lauren (New York, SITI Company) and Cesar Brie.
She continued her studies on the Vertical of the Role in Milan with Lara Franceschetti. She also studied with Augusto Fornari, Arianna Marano (Teatro de los Sentidos) and Frida Bruno.
She played in Fabio Cherstich’s ''Threepenny Opera '' and in '' Titus '' at the Franco Parenti Theater. She performed at Out Off Theater in "Elettra - the brink" "directed by Lara Franceschetti and in "Storia di Zhang "" directed by Mattia Sebastian Giorgetti. She participated in the Stukafest Festival in Rotterdam with a performance created and created together with his colleague Alessandro Manfredi entitled '' The Pig '' on sustainability and environmental awareness.
In 2020 she has been assistant director and dramaturg in 'Qualcuno deve morire ’directed by Paolo Panizza. She is currently enrolled in the DAMS at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart.
